8 DAYS /7 NIGHTS Day 2: Leave Nainokanoka with donkeys plus your lunch box up to Bulati for your dinner and overnight. Day 3: Leave in the morning hrs to Empakai plus your lunch box. Dinner and overnight will be at the rim of Empakai crater. Day 4: Morning hrs depart to Empakai crater to see Flamingos and Lake Empakai. Later walk to Nayobi village. Dinner and overnight will be at Nayobi school. Day 5: Leave in the morning with your lunch box to Pembe ya swala at the foot of mount Oldonyo Lengai for dinner and overnight. Day 6: Early in the morning at 2:00 am you start climbing mount Oldonyo Lengai, the mountain of God. Around 11:00 am you come down for your lunch. Dinner and overnight at Pembe ya Swala. Day 7: You leave with your picnic lunch box to Kamakia campsite near Lake Natron, evening hours you will be going to see waterfalls dinner and overnight at Kamakia camp site. Day 8: The car will be at your camp in the morning ready to take you to Lake Natron to see flamingos and birds. Afternoon hours you start driving back to Arusha passing through Mto wa Mbu. |
